Docket management tips 

01/09/01 . . . Three informal lunchtime lecture sessions concerning effective docket management for examining attorneys have been scheduled.

Schedule:  Weds., Jan 10th; Weds Jan. 17th; and Thurs. Jan. 18th.  (All sessions take place in the Alexandria room.  Noon - 1 p.m.)

In recent weeks, management has indicated that docket turnaround standards will be more rigorously applied than was typically the case under past Office practice.

NTEU 245 is currently discussing with management a number of concerns about the apparent departure from past Office practice and its potential impact on examining attorneys. 

In the meantime, these lectures are designed to explain efficient docket and time management techniques that have proven effective for other examiners.

All examiners who would like to learn how to better control their docket are encouraged to attend.
