01/10/01 . . . The Office announced today that it has chosen LO 110 as the third e-commerce pilot law office.
Opt-in and opt-out forms for law Office 110 are due by January 19, 2001.
Examining attorneys who are currently on the e-commerce waiting list will be given priority for 110 (see form for further information on opting in).
Law Office 110 is headed by managing attorney Chris Pedersen and senior attorney Michael Levy.
Increased number of TEAS filings were cited as the impetus for the expansion of the pilot program.
It is expected that the expansion will further expedite examination of TEAS applications and help demonstrate to PTO customers the benefits of electronic filing.

The office will be administered under the USPTO/NTEU 245 e-commerce pilot agreement and the partnership working group guidelines
