| There will be two
make-up training sessions for the annual ethics training required by
regulation (5 C.F.R. Part 2638). The training is mandatory for all
employees occupying positions covered by the financial disclosure
reporting requirements (5 C.F.R. § 2634.904). Make-up training sessions
will be held in the CPK2-2nd floor Patent Theater. (Please choose one of the following:) |

The annual ethics
training required by regulation (5 C.F.R. Part 2638) will be conducted
in November 2000, by the Office of General Counsel. The training is
mandatory for all employees occupying positions covered by the financial
disclosure reporting requirements (5 C.F.R. § 2634.904). Training
sessions will be held in the CPK2-2nd floor Patent Theater as
follows: (Please choose one of the following as it pertains to
you.)
This session will last approximately one hour. Certification of attendance is required. Registration sheets will be available at the door for this purpose. Please allow sufficient time to complete the registration process before the training is to begin. You will be granted one hour of non-production time for this training.
