Non-competitive GS-14's 

Agreement reached! 

11/17/00 . . . NTEU 245 has reached agreement with PTO management to establish a non-competitive career ladder GS-14. 

Attorneys will now have the opportunity to automatically become a GS-14 by submitting a form which certifies fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
