Members Express Concerns
12/04/00 . . . The issue of involuntary unpaid overtime
continues as a matter of concern to both trademark examining attorneys and
NTEU 245 alike.
In response, NTEU 245 has scheduled a meeting for members
this week with representatives from NTEU National at which the issue will
be discussed.
Bargaining unit members are urged to contact Chapter 245
officials with questions about the meeting.
In addition, if you are not able to attend, any relevant
information or personal experience members have with the issue may be
communicated to Chapter 245 officials prior to the meeting for
consideration.
TIME: 12 noon to 2:00 p.m., Weds.
Dec. 6th in the South Tower Cafeteria.
All bargaining unit members are invited to attend.
